My shop name is “PositivelyBiased” because I add home-made bias trim to (almost) every piece. It’s one of those details that people have come to love

This year, 2023, is going to see some changes in how I manage my time. A husband who’s retiring, family settling nearby and friends getting older, move me to want to connect more, cook more, exercise more and spend fewer hours in my sewing room, which I could easily do 7-8 hours a day.
I will continue to make tree skirts, as well as wraps and robes, since the part of the country where I live, winter lasts 4-6 months and ideas come quite readily. I rarely use patterns in my work. The ideas come early in the mornings and it’s usually what gets me going!
I so appreciate, and am inspired by, those of you who “check in” to see what’s new in the shop. My goal has been to add new items daily, but for now, it’s going to be more about quality than quantity.
My warmest wishes for each of you this year,are for safety, good health, and good things to look forward to.
