I can also make books bound on the short end up to 8.5" wide, or books up to 11" tall. If you want a paper or fabric covered notebook, I'll be happy to work with you to find the design you want!

My package is late! Can you help?

If you received a notification that your purchase has shipped, the matter is almost 100% of the time totally out of my hands. If the package is lost or delayed in transit, I'm as powerless as you. I'm happy to do what I can to help. However, the responsibility to contact USPS about your missing or delayed packages is yours, not mine. Once a package ships I have no control over what happens next.

If you're concerned about shipping speeds and delivery in general, please contact your local politicians to make sure the USPS is properly funded! I wish I had a magic teleporter to get you your purchases, but alas, I rely on USPS to move my product. If you want this to continue at reasonable rates for you, tell politicians to keep the USPS public!
