5 out of 5 starsThis product is so adorable and made with care! Shipping package had appropriate amount of cushion. Packaging is pretty with stamps and a ribbon. The first time I ordered this product, the post office either lost it or it was stolen at my mail room. The seller was really nice in helping me get info for the post office. It absolutely was not the sellers fault but when I reordered they sent me an extra little gift and a nice note for the lost item. Again, not their fault at all but went above and beyond. Will recommend and shop them again.

Custom and personalized orders
I happily do custom orders!
In general I allow a total of 10 days for custom orders to be completed and shipped. I stay in very close contact with those who request custom orders so if it seems like the item may take longer, I will let you know. Before listing, I will always contact you with photos, so that you can approve the item before buying. As such, I ask all of those requesting customs orders to stay in touch with me as well.
Please note that I keep custom order listings in my shop for two weeks *unless we make another arrangement*. If the custom item has not been bought after two weeks, I will un-reserve it and make it available for anyone to purchase it.
