Hello - A few words about Star Seller ...when I check my reviews, they are all 5 Star and my cards are sent out very quickly, I also answer inquiries quickly. There are technicalities such as when I send a card outside of the US there is no tracking which I get penalized for even though it is not available. So take heart . There are no worries when you order from my shop unless the Post Office messes up!
All postcards are shipped in a plastic sleeve by photo mailer, so they arrive safely and not bent. Etsy now provides tracking numbers for postcards mailed within the United States.
Your reviews are very important to us and we thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. If you have a problem, please contact us and we will help resolve any issues. Sometimes the post office takes longer than expected to deliver your cards.
