Will I receive a digital file or a printed collage?
Digital, Printed, or Digital & Printed - you choose it from the dropdown menu when ordering
Can I request revisions to a collage?
Once your custom image is created I will email a proof to you. Your satisfaction is my number one priority and I will re-edit your picture until you are 100% satisfied. PLEASE NOTE, after you approve the collage and I send it to print, you can no longer make changes
What is the turnaround?
After ordering please allow 24 hours for me to create the collage according to your custom specifications. I will send you a link for downloading the ready-to-print jpg file, your satisfaction is my number one priority and I will re-edit the collage until you are 100% satisfied. If you choose a printed version, it will take 5-7 business days (for the USA) for printing and delivery.
How can I print the collage?

How many photos can I use?
Most listings have a limited number of photos depending on the size you choose when ordering, but some listings have a fixed number of 20 photos. Please see it in the images of the listing or in the item details
How can I send the photos?
Send please photos through the link wetransfer.com/ , my email- fotoguru2015@gmail.com (please see the image of the listing). Also photos can be sent through email, GoogleDrive or Dropbox to: fotoguru2015@gmail.com
PLEASE NOTE, It’s a bad idea to stick to any order in placing pictures because heads can be cropped in corners of the collage. I define the order of placing photos to save the main subjects of photos in the design.
What kind of photos can I use?
Any photos can be used: photos from a digital camera or phone, downloaded photos from social networks or sites, scanned old photos, or old paper photos photographed by phone (I will trim the unnecessary edges). Please note, photos should have at least a middle resolution- 960x720 or higher (100 KB or bigger)!
Will I get a frame?
No, the frame is not included. The black frame in my listing images is for preview purposes only
