When is the shipping start?
I only ship once a week, that is, 1 or 2 times a month. Therefore, it may take about a week to deliver after ordering. I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you need to get earlier, please message to me!
Can you combine my orders?
I don't allow combine shipping between Etsy orders, but if you are my current paid patron, and ordered in my main shop, I can combine your orders! It's a patreon only benefit!
Why my package ready is taking so long?

All Etsy orders will ship with K-packet. It's cheap, but it may can lost or damaged. The seller don't have a responsibility to refund because your package got lost or damaged. If you want shipping upgrade, please order at my main shop. Every package will ship from Korea, and K-packet will takes 5 days to 3 weeks defends on your country.

Can you ship to my country?
Yes! I ship world wide, but there's some area I can't ship. Please check this or message to me!
Since my shop only allowing K-packet shipping-able areas, so if my shop doesn't ship to your country, please try in my main shop! More areas are shipping-able with other shipping ways.

Shipping is possible, but tariffs may occur on your package. This is entirely up to you and the seller is not responsible. If you want to avoid it, don't order it. I can't ship to EU from December 2024.
USA Tariffs
I am based in Korea, so I'm virtually unaffected so the item's cost will not change, but if you buy my product, you may have to pay the tariffs. I would like to inform you that your tariff is NOT included in the cost of product and shipping, and the seller(Potin's goods factory) is also NOT responsible for the tariffs.
K-packet and EMS will be delivered by USPS when they arrive in the US.(asked to my post office, and I also checked the service center's phone numbers are the same.) The tariff for the package coming from Korea is 15%, but I'm not sure how exactly they're going to charge the tariffs, so you may have to pay 80usd.
