Please inspect your item as soon as it's delivered. My items are securely packaged & never leave my studio damaged. If an item arrives damaged, send me an Etsy message immediately Along With photos of the below:

To file a damaged during transit USPS claim, I require a photo of each:
🔸 The broken item in its shipping box/bag.
🔸 Damaged shipping box and mailer.
🔸 Shipping label showing name, address & tracking.
If a bottle is damaged you must also provide:
🔸 A photo of the broken bottle & spilled contents INSIDE the clear bag it's packaged in (do not remove the bottle or contents from the bag).

Keep all packaging/items until USPS closes the claim; I may require more photos.

I don't refund/replace items broken after USPS delivery.

Etsy Purchase Protection requires I ship purchases to the address on your receipt. Need to change it? Message me within 3 hours and I'll cancel your order so you can repurchase with the correct address.

I may use Etsy's recommended USPS verified address if customer's info isn't USPS verified.

USPS Return to Seller packages are reshipped once I have received it and Customer pays for reshipping (this includes 'Free Shipping' items).

I will not be held responsible for USPS/customer's errors-this includes address/transit/delivery.

Customer can contact USPS to reroute packages, place a hold, or pick up in person. Customer is responsible for the information provided and any fees charged by USPS.

Postage rates reflect current USPS pricing.

Purchases are created in the order they are received. Your order will be created, packaged, and shipped by the date shown on your Etsy receipt. I may ship sooner if my current queue is completed ahead of schedule.

The Etsy confirmation of purchase, sent directly from Etsy to your email after purchase, will show the creation time for your purchase. Creation time excludes weekends and holidays.

Because I create items quickly, I do not offer rush orders, nor "I need it by this date".

Please note that any delivery date provided by Etsy or USPS is an estimate only.

Shipping speed is determined by USPS and is outside my control.

Twinkles in Twilight nor USPS guarantees delivery dates.

‣Contact Twinkles in Twilight to request eligibility for a return.
‣I do not refund until the item is received and inspected.
‣Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and provide a verifiable tracking number to me.
‣Return shipping cost is Customer’s responsibility & is not refunded.
‣Approved refunds are the purchase price LESS original shipping.
‣Refunds are processed when I have received the item & after I have reviewed the item for damages.
‣If an item is received damaged, no refunds are provided. Insurance is encouraged.
‣Custom/personalized purchase sales are final.
‣Refunds aren't provided for customer negligence.

If I make an error, I take responsibility.

Packages recorded as Delivered via USPS.com tracking, are considered delivered. Twinkles in Twilight will not be held liable for USPS lost/stolen packages.

USPS recommends customers contact their LOCAL Post Office to speak with the Post Master. Have the Post Master check the GPS delivery coordinates, and if applicable, complete the Federal Theft Affidavit.

Twinkles in Twilight always strives for great customer service. However, customers must be proactive in working with their local Post Master in providing information USPS needs: the tracking #, mail box location, etc.

Seraphina Briar keeps insisting she'll brew a "Locate Lost Packages" potion. Until then, I only have the address you entered and USPS tracking to work with. 🐈‍⬛✨

➤For proper care of jewelry pieces and potions:
• Remove before bathing or swimming.
• Polish pieces occasionally to prevent dulling or oxidizing.
• Store potion bottle upright.
• Do not swing bottle by the necklace.
• Do not store/showcase any item in direct sunlight.
• To prevent leakage, staining, and potion evaporation - do not break the cork seal.
• The potion bottle cork is natural, it will absorb some of the potion throughout time, excluding resin pieces.
➤Stickers: For longer lasting stickers, do not place sticker on an object that receives moisture or continuous touching/rubbing/friction.
➤Wands: Forged from wood, polymer, and/or resin — each wand is crafted for display and delight, not dueling or sitting upon. They'll break.

Sizes of all items (wands, bookmarks, stickers, magnets, potion bottle, corks, pendants, earrings, necklaces, etc.) are provided in the listing via written word and photos. Sizes are provided in millimeters and/or inches.

18 millimeters is roughly the size of a U. S. Dime. 1 inch equals 25mm. For easy conversion from millimeters to inches or centimeters or vice versa, please Google the size and convert to the desired metric or imperial system.

Please use a ruler or measuring tape to check sizing - not fingers, bananas, or guesswork. 😂 If you're unsure about the measurements shown in my listing photos and detailed descriptions, feel free to message me and I'll happily help you out.

Twinkles in Twilight sells novelty items, not toys. Items are small and can cause a choking hazard. They are not to be ingested, put in the mouth, or played with by children. Not for children under age 12.

Potion bottles are glass, glass can beak, causing injury - please use caution.

Please message me before purchase if you would like any changes or alterations to any of my items, so I can determine whether it's possible and if there will be any additional design fees.

Notes left in ‘Note to Seller’ are only visible once I start creating your item, so I can’t guarantee they’ll be accommodated. Please send requests via Etsy messages.

Twinkles in Twilight’s items may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard, particularly for children.

By purchasing, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that these items are not intended for children under the age of 13.

Twinkles in Twilight is not responsible for any injury, harm, or damage resulting from the use, handling, or access to these items by children.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that items are kept out of the reach of young children and used in accordance with their intended purpose.

By proceeding with purchase, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the use of the product and releases Twinkles in Twilight from any liability.
