Delivery
It is your responsibility to check your shipping address and make sure your Etsy account and PayPal accounts match shipping addresses. I will ship to the address on your order unless you notify me otherwise before despatch.
I try to ship within 2-3 business days after payment is made and clears.
Shipment is made via Royal Mail and Air Mail. International shipments can take anywhere from 7 -14 working days for delivery depending on your location.
Shipping to Europe and world wide destinations will be sent as a tracked/signed for service. UK orders are sent 1st Class Royal Mail.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES/FEES
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes that may be incurred on your purchase.
LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please note that in the unlikely event that your order is lost, damaged or stolen, I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. If you would like insurance, please let me know and I will update your invoice.
