What am I buying?
You are purchasing a digital STL file, not a physical printed figure. This file is intended for personal 3D printing.
Custom and personalized orders
No. Power Gain Studio sells digital files only. You will receive downloadable STL files after purchase.
Can I scale the model?
Yes. The STL files can be scaled using your slicer software. Please note that extreme scaling may affect print quality.
What software do I need to open the files?
You will need any 3D printing slicer or viewer that supports STL format, such as Chitubox, Lychee, Cura, or similar programs.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the digital nature of STL files, all sales are final and refunds are not available once the files are delivered or downloaded. Please make sure to read the product description carefully before purchasing.
The file is in RAR format. How do I open it?
Some files are delivered in RAR format to keep everything organized.
If you’re not familiar with RAR files or have trouble opening them, just send me a message. I’ll provide a direct download link without RAR so you can access the STL files easily.
