The bracelet is absolutely beautiful and well crafted. I was skeptical whether it would help, even though no medical claims were made I understand that. but I do believe it's helped my arthritis and my trigger finger so I'm very happy! as far as customer service, I had a question and wrote to the email that was listed on my acknowledgment of the order and I never heard back from the seller.

it's amazingly beautiful and well made , kudos to Stephanie, she has mastered the art of magnetic jewellery making , I couldn't find anyone else matching her , in Europe, where I am based !

I followed the advice about sizing and went for the size closest to those measurements, as the next size up was considerably larger than the recommendations, unfortunately, the bracelet is a little to snug for my liking and is pulling my wrist hair as a result, other than that it's beautiful and I love it, but am loathed to have to return it for resizing . I could do that myself, if I could source the magnets, copper beads and nylon cord. I will gift it to someone else , it's beautiful.
