What if USPS loses my package or does not deliver my package?
Buyers enter their own addresses into Etsy Shipping. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is available and automatically emailed to the buyer. Seller assumes no responsibilities for lost, damaged, and/or missing items due to USPS. Seller will not provide a refund in these situations.
Can I have my bracelet resized?
I am happy to resize a bracelet at no charge. The buyer must ship back the bracelet to the seller and the shipping expense is paid by the buyer. Once the item is received by the seller, the seller will resize the item and ship back to the buyer. Seller will fund shipping back to buyer. Seller is not responsible for lost, missing, damaged packages to and from buyer and seller.
