Once, I felt disappointed with the no-refund policy for digital items, which can still be annulled through the Etsy case. For me, it's like a trick to get a free pattern, because how can a digital item be money refunded just because someone lose the will to knit it? Apparently, you may do that here. It breaks my heart a little, so I decided not to invest too much heart in this platform to prevent future heartbreak by listing only my popular Etsy patterns.
Additionally, please be aware that digital downloads on Etsy CAN'T BE DONE through the Etsy app. You can download it ONLY from the Etsy Website. Please refrain from leaving a 1-star review because you were disappointed with this Etsy policy or had difficulty accessing the pattern.
