Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted in the case of a defect in workmanship.
What is considered a defect in workmanship?
It is my goal to create and maintain customer satisfaction. I cannot be responsible, however, for items damaged by misuse or any other reason other than a defect in technique/workmanship. As many of my pieces are created to look vintage, various finishes are used to add to the aesthetic of each piece. Thusly, said dark areas or textured spots/areas or varying wood grain patterns are not considered defects in technique/workmanship and are purposely added to the piece.
If there is a true defect in the workmanship, please contact me as soon as possible, so that I can remedy the situation!
How do you process returns?
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
