Item arrives damaged. Now what do I do?
You will need to contact our shop within 72 hours of delivery date if any issues should arise with your order. We require photos of damage, as well as box and shipping label. Please send these to us right away.
No coverage for normal wear and tear on any items
Care instructions
Ceramic Mugs
Our ceramic mugs are top-rack dishwasher safe; however, they must not be exposed to high temperatures or the sanitize cycle, as these settings may cause the design to fade.
For best results, we recommend hand washing to preserve the design.
Enamel Cups & Stainless Steel Tumblers
Enamel cups and stainless steel tumblers are hand wash only.
These items should never be placed in the dishwasher to prevent damage to the design and break the seal of the insulation.
I think my package is lost. What do I do?
If your order shows delivered and it's not, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. They can track to see where the package/s were left and can assist in locating them.
Once you have done that then please send us a message or email to info@prairiepressed.ca
We are NOT not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked delivered.
I entered the wrong address, now what?
If your address is incorrect and you realize this after purchase, please send a message via Etsy IMMEDIATELY, and I will change the address for you. You still need to update it in your Etsy settings for future purchases. WE ARE NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If an item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will need to pay the shipping fees to have it resent back to you.
PLEASE make sure your address is up to date before placing your order. In the event your item has already been sent, you can try to contact your carrier to inquire about re-routing.
In the event your order is returned to us, we will contact you and hold your parcel for 90 days. After 90 days your order will be donated. No exceptions
