Welcome to PrattsPatch where we sell a collection of lovely vintage and hand-made items.We are collectors of all things old and interesting as well as rescuers of things that are no longer loved!

As most of our treasures have been loved for many years some of them may come with their own vintage imperfections. we endeavour to examine every vintage item very carefully and, where there are any imperfections, we do our best to describe EVERY imperfection as carefully as possible. Where we have repurposed or re-enlivened an item this is a unique item and no two will ever be the same- so there you will have a truly individual thing!! We welcome questions for further information about any item.


All items are stored in a smoke-free environment.

We try to minimise PrattspPatch's impact on the environment as much as possible. Our hand-made/ reused products are made to include using re-purposed books, paper and vintage or rescued fabric.

For shipping, we obtain and re-use boxes, bubble wrap and other packaging materials available rather than it ending up in a landfill somewhere- we urge you to do likewise! We are still learning and trying to find new ways to make PrattsPatch as environmentally friendly as possible. Because we re-use boxes for shipping, the outer box of your shipment may not be very pretty but will provide obvious evidence of its reuse and places it may have traveled !

If you are sending an item as a gift and would like us to provide a more attractive outer box or would like us to gift wrap your purchase, please contact us and we will let you know the additional cost of this.

We use Paypal. We also accept credit card payments.

We are really happy to reserve items for you if you require this, just let us know and we will adjust listings to reserved, however they will remain online until time of purchase. If we haven't received payment within the timeframes agreed with you on reserved items we will assume that the order has been cancelled and we will remove the reserve. If there are special circumstances, please get in touch with to let us know.

Shipping

Please note that we are really happy to combine items for postage and will provide postage prices for this. All we need is a convo message stating which items you are interested in purchasing and your location, we will then provide a relevant postage quote.

We always refund excess postage costs if overcharged, although we do try to be as accurate as possible in the first place!

We ship within 5 working days of order whenever possible. Should you require a faster delivery time , please contact us for arrangements.

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. If an international shipping rate is not noted in the item's description, please contact us for a shipping quote. Custom fees and any local taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We generally now use 2nd class within the UK due to changes in postal charges . If you require first class or 'signed for' please convo us for a price. For everywhere else we use standard international airmail service. If you would like the option of signed for overseas please convo us for a price. We will then contact you to let you know the extra cost involved so that you can arrange the additional payment. We also use UPS or Transglobal to deliver heavier/bulky items or multiple items to international buyers. If this applies to you please convo us with the item details and your location so we can provide you with a delivery quote.



We re-use packaging materials and boxes wherever possible to keep shipping costs down and minimise the impact on the environment. If, however, you would like your item delivered in a brand new box, please contact us and we will let you know the additional costs involved.
