Outside Issues Co. was created from a love of recovery, creativity, and the kind of humor that makes the hard days a little lighter.

Recovery comes with plenty of wisdom, growth, uncomfortable feelings, character defects, coffee, phone calls we don’t want to make, and sayings we’ve heard approximately a thousand times. Outside Issues Co. is my way of turning some of that into something creative, relatable, and occasionally a little sarcastic.

I started the shop with coloring pages designed for people in recovery—some meaningful and reflective, others made for anyone who has ever thought, “Yes, I know I should call my sponsor.” My goal is to create recovery goods that feel modern, useful, and actually connected to the experience of recovery rather than generic inspirational products with a recovery label slapped on them.

Outside Issues Co. will continue to grow beyond coloring pages, with new creative recovery goods, gifts, and probably a few character defects along the way.
