Hi Kikki - thanks for your feedback - sorry you were disappointed. Each precut paper size is clearly marked with the craft it fits and the measurements in our description. Our large is 3x6 inches (that would not fit a mug of any size or koozie). It seems like you needed our mug-sized paper or our custom-cut paper -- not small crafts. With each order, you should have also received a sample pack of 6-7 or our other popular sizes with included about 10-15 sheets (which are at least 9 inches long and 4.5 inches wide). I wish you would have reached out to us immediately so we could have swapped out your order. I'll reach out to you personally through the platform to see if we can make this right. The one-star review is pretty heartbreaking.

WHY DO I NEED BUTCHER PAPER FOR SUBLIMATION?
Ink burns can ruin your heat-press, mug press and sublimation blanks. That’s why all manufacturers recommend using butcher paper every time you use a sublimation blank. For mugs, you'll want to use 1-3 sheets. For sublimation blanks (e.g., keychains, etc.) you'll want to use one sheet of butcher paper under the blank and one on top of blank.
