Item is beautiful and although I haven’t tried it out yet (because it is a gift for my son who just started taking cello lessons) it looks fantastic. The service was fast. I was worried about it coming from Ireland since some things I ordered far earlier than this, from the states, still haven’t arrived, but fear not, it arrived and some of them aren't even shipped still.

I bought this item many many years ago for my parents. I plan to give it to one of my children, because the original was destroyed by my dog. Very happy to find this one. It appeared to be brand new. It was in a box the only issue I did have was that, the gazebo did not light up even after putting in batteries. The wind up music box worked fine never mind I was surprised that I was able to find this particular item since the original was purchased so many years ago.

I did state in the description that the lights didn't work and that it was probably a loose connection. I am disappointed that my honesty warranted 4 stars.

Yes. You will never pay more than the actual cost of postage

Will my purchase be gift wrapped?

If you check the 'gift' option at checkout, the delivery docket will be printed without the value of your purchase. Also included on the docket will be any message that you type in the box. Gift wrap is not included.
If you want gift wrapping there is a small fee. You need to select 'gift wrapping' at checkout.

What happens if my item arrives not as described in the listing or is damaged?

You will need to post the item back to me, in the original packaging where possible and using registered post. This will give you proof of postage and tracking. You will be given a full refund plus the cost of the return postage.
