I had to change the address after ordering, seller promptly responded to me and updated the address without an issue. Item came packaged beautifully and had discreet packaging as well with a black padded envelope in case you didn’t want anyone to see what you had. Banner came bigger than expected, which is no big deal! Im thankful because it allows for plenty of room to customize to fit your vehicle exactly. And also allows you to play with the exact design of banner you wish to have. I have not installed it yet but I will update when I do if I can. However, I am beyond impressed and will be ordering again. They willingly took the exact design for font I wanted and ensured it would come as close as possible to the exact font. 802 Underground highly appreciates this company ♥️

Exactly what I asked for and great customer service!

I feel mixed about this product. Seems like a great company, but we found it really hard to apply. Even with 2 people following the directions, ended up with lots of bubbles and some didn't stick on the window correctly. I'd recommend this product if you don't have a big areas that will be vinyl - those don't look great. But the small detailed parts are great!

Very good quality came exactly as expected and great communication from seller. A tip for buyers make sure you measure the length of your windshield because I didn’t. The seller sent me the measurements and I completely did not pay any attention and the full piece doesn’t fit but the good news is I can cut it and put the two separate pieces side to side
