Welcome to The Presents Made Personal Shop. We do hope you find the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one. All items are handcrafted in our North Wales workshops with the utmost care and attention. We can personalise almost any item with your own message so contact us with your custom requests!

We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal payments. We do not accept American Express.
Shipping
All standard items will be dispatched to you 1-2 days from the date we receive your order. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. Personalised items take up to 7 working days to be handmade and delivered to you.
Items will be posted with Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated. Please provide a delivery address (home or business) where someone will be available to accept the package as they are often too large for a letterbox. Otherwise, please nominate a safe place (for example with a neighbour) where the parcel can be left at your instruction.
Missed deliveries will need to be re-arranged at your own cost.

Western Europe - Thursday December 11th
Eastern Europe (including Greece) - Friday December 5th
USA - Thursday December 11th
Canada - Monday December 9th
Everywhere Else - Tuesday December 2nd
Orders placed after this date will still be processed but delivery will not be until after the Christmas break.

We are able to offer personalisation on most of our gifts.
We can add a wedding date or married name to a cheeseboard or create a place mat for every member of the family... just get in touch to receive a quotation. Typically personalisation costs £10.00 per item (e.g. a set of 4 placemats) and takes 5-7 days for delivery.
