This memory bear far exceeded my expectations! Ordered 2 for my children at Christmas, kind of last minute. Ivis was extremely wonderful to work with! Gave me options throughout, was quick, and made the most beautiful, meaningful bears. They are a great size and the design is absolutely perfect. They made my husband cry and I will be ordering a few more for other family members. I cannot recommend these more, the entire process was easy and truly wonderful
