Many of my products are heat sensitive and may become quite soft or liquefy in high temperatures. It's important to retrieve a package immediately upon delivery to reduce heat exposure. Heat notifications are present on each product listing, and multiple other areas. The effects of heat exposure are outside of seller's control, and returns/refunds are not applicable. If a product melts, simply refrigerate until it solidifies. You can re-whip it or leave as is. Instructions are included. Heat exposure may cause a change in product texture/consistency, but not effectiveness. A whipped product melting and solidifying may also result in a less than full jar. Optional fullsize ice packs are available to help with heat concerns.

Due to the nature of these products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for health and hygiene reasons. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all clearly listed ingredients and using products at their own discretion. Many products have multiple uses, so there is no waste.
Products that are disliked due to buyer scent preference, perceived effects on the skin, or changes during transit (e.g., melting) are not considered defective and do not qualify for a return.
Any consideration or exception for a return or refund outside of seller error is at the sole discretion of the seller. A partial refund may be issued if a product is returned opened or partially used.
Return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer.

The majority of my products are waterless, made with natural butters and oils in a concentrated like form, and may use essential oils. Products are best used within 3-6 months.
Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts. Before using any new product, it is strongly recommended to do a spot patch test. When using these products, the buyer acknowledges that they are using it on their own behalf and are aware of all essential oils and ingredients used. All SALES ARE FINAL. If pregnant/nursing, please consult your doctor before using a new product. Preshious Body Natural will not be held responsible for any adverse/allergic reaction, as clear product information and usage is provided.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, standard ground shipping unless upgraded. If you notice any significant delays in tracking, please notify me and your local shipping office to assist. Also, orders can be in ‘pre-transit’ for a time after it has shipped. Sometimes orders are not scanned until it arrives at its destination, causing a delay in updated tracking.
I try my best to be environmentally conscious with packaging, but since the majority of the containers are glass, bubble wrap is used to keep them protected.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure location for receiving packages. Insurance does not cover theft once a package has been marked as delivered. In this case, a police report may need to be filed. If tracking says a package has been delivered but is missing, please contact me and your local shipping office. I will do what I can to help locate it. Further action may be required, such as GPS location verification or missing mail search. Please also make sure that you’ve entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address that you provided, buyer is responsible for replacement. Order discrepancies must be received within 5 days of delivery.

Many of my products have a ‘butter’ like consistency, and are made from oils/butters. Melting can occur in warmer temperatures. As a result, the product received may of course differ in texture/consistency from product photo. Melted product DOES NOT change the product itself, or its effectiveness. Multiple, clear, heat notifications are provided to a buyer. Notifications of shipping to warmer areas and what to do if a product melts are visible in the listing descriptions, email order confirmation and in with the product itself upon delivery.
Melting DOES NOT constitute a damaged product, or 'not as described'. All products are sealed tightly to prevent spillage and packaged securely.

Before tax, all orders $35+ qualify for free shipping. If an order that has qualified for free shipping has been returned to sender and is needing to be canceled/refunded, it may be subject to a restocking/handling fee of up to $10. If a package is returned to me due to buyer error such as an incorrect address, refusal, failure to pick up, or is unable to be forwarded, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If you'd like the item resent, a new shipping fee must be paid. I am not responsible for packages returned due to address errors or non-delivery issues.
