How do I edit my order?
Please make sure you have read the item description to see what type of item you are purchasing.
Some of our designs are editable, some are non-editable, and are sold as seen. The listing description will let you know what type of item you are purchasing, carefully read the product listing description before purchase to see what type of file you are purchasing and how it will be delivered or how you are able to retrieve it.
What can I edit on your templates?
- Most text (some text is locked & we recommend trying the demo first to see what you can & can't edit)
- Background colors (this is only available on certain templates)
- Fonts and font colors
- Add your own images
- Add, delete & move text
- Change the colors of graphics on selected templates (this is only available on certain templates)
You cannot change the following
- Size of the template
- Orientation (horizontal to vertical and vice versa)
- Shape of the template
Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely! Unlike templates that use Adobe Reader or Canva, which require a purchase first, you can try a demo of ours BEFORE you purchase!
In the listing description, you will see a link to try a demo. We recommend trying before you buy so that you can familiarize yourself with JetTemplate, see what is and isn't editable & make sure that you'll be comfortable editing on your own.
