I always have seemed to be in the midst of creating something, whether it is writing, doodling, painting, decorating or taking photos. In college, those interests led me to graphic design, which I discovered was the perfect outlet for my creativity and has developed into a true passion.
I have worked in the publications and graphic design industries. In May 2014, this shop gave me the opportunity to leave my day job and stay at home with my daughter, while continuing to help support my family. I am so thankful to each and every customer who has made this dream a reality for me. We added a second baby girl to our family a year later. These girls are absolutely the reason this shop exists (it all started with the party items I created for my daughter Kate's first birthday!).
I am truly honored to be able to help design materials for all the big (and not so big!) events in your life: from wedding invitations and programs, to shower invitations, birth announcements, nursery wall art, and birthday parties. This is truly my passion, and it brings me much happiness to help bring your creative visions to life!

Shop policies
Most items in my shop are offered as PRINTABLE files, which will be sent to you as high resolution PDFs via email so you can print them yourself at home, through a print shop, office supply store, or through services like Vistaprint. No physical items will be shipped.
My shop also offers printing and shipping of all items for an additional fee. These items are professionally printed using the finest materials and lovingly packaged and shipped by me. Please contact me via Etsy convo for more details.
These listings are for high-resolution PDF or JPG files. I do not provide editable vector (design) files, unless it is something that we discussed and I agreed to PRIOR to your order being placed.
Purchasing a listing constitutes acceptance of Prettiest Print Shop's shop policies found in this document.
COMMUNICATION & BUSINESS HOURS
I try to promptly respond to all conversations throughout the day. I typically work on orders in the afternoon, but will try to do quick edits and send files throughout the day as time allows.
I prefer to communicate through Etsy convo. This keeps everything organized in one place for easy reference. I send all files to the email address you have listed with Etsy, unless otherwise specified.
Prettiest Print Shop is closed on weekends. I will respond to messages sent after 5 p.m. on Friday as soon as I can on Monday.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
No refunds are offered on INSTANT DOWNLOAD purchases.
CANCELLATIONS
I reserve the right to cancel transactions for rude or unreasonable buyers. I also reserve the right to cancel if you do not provide the necessary information to complete a sale.
Payment
Because all items require my time for personalization, I cannot offer proofs before a purchase is made. Once your order is placed, I am happy to provide proofs and make one round of edits. After this complimentary edit, you may purchase an additional edits listing for $10.
Shipping
Printed items are delivered using USPS. The carrier used varies based on the quantity and size of the item(s) and varies at my discretion. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Please order well in advance for your occasion to allow for processing shipping time. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee arrival times for holidays and specific party dates, but I can guarantee a ship date on my end. If you are concerned about ordering in time for your special day, please contact me to make sure I can get your order out in time.
Refunds will not be given due to late arrival of packages due to the postal service. Please be aware that some international packages may incur additional custom charges, for which the seller is not responsible.
Additional policies and FAQs
Current processing time for personalized items is 1-5 business days once the payment and personalization details are received. Custom design work typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of your order. Due to the custom nature of my artwork this is subject to change depending on volume of orders I receive. Proofs are done in the order I receive them.
PERSONALIZATION DETAILS
Double-check the personalization information you submit. It will be transferred to your personalized item as-is. I will be happy to make one complimentary round of revisions for you but cannot be held responsible for any errors missed after your file is sent.
DESIGN
Designs do not change from order to order, only the personalization details and colors. Changes in design will incur additional fees. Please contact me prior to purchase for a custom listing. I do not send the templates, artwork, or commercial fonts - just the finished, personalized product.
REQUESTS FOR CUSTOM DESIGN WORK
I receive a lot of requests for custom design work. If you do not see anything in my shop that can be altered easily and want a custom, start from scratch design, please contact me with your idea and we can work together to create something special for you. Please note that due to the time-intensive nature of custom designs, my processing time is a bit longer than it would be for other items. It generally takes me about 5 days to deliver the first proof. Please let me know if you are rushed for time, and I will do my best to accommodate.
PHOTOS ARE USED AS-IS
I will do some light photo editing (to correct color or brightness), but I am not responsible for problems associated with the color, blurriness, etc. because of low quality photos.
DELIVERY OF PERSONALIZED DIGITAL ITEMS
Digital orders are sent via e-mail as high-resolution digital JPGs or PDFs, depending on your purchase. Details about sizing and file types are provided in each listing. No physical items are shipped for printable files. Any pictures showing assembled items are for illustrative purposes as the listings mention.
FORMAT & SIZE
All invitations are 5x7" and are high-resolution 300 dpi. The 5x7 size is a de facto standard across many of the sellers on Etsy and it's a good option for customers who use home printers, photo labs and materials from office supply stores. Other printable party items come to you as 8.5x11" PDFs for ease of printing, with multiple items per page, depending on the size of the item (e.g., 3 food labels per page), as specified in listing. Printable wall art will come to you as an 8x10, unless otherwise requested or specified in the listing.
COLOR VARIATIONS, ACCESS & TECHNOLOGY ISSUES
Please keep in mind all screens and devices render colors differently. Prettiest Print Shop is not responsible for printer or computer problems, software issues, server outages, or employers blocking Etsy, file transfer services, etc. I cannot be held responsible for things that happen once I hand the files off to you. No refunds will be given.
