Please email me directly with your requests PRIOR TO PURCHASE to see if what you want is possible and so I may also give you a quote. Custom orders will take longer to ship & an approximate time frame will be established on a per-order basis. Custom orders cannot be changed once they have started being processed. With custom purchases, all sales are "as agreed upon" between buyer and seller through messaging & are considered "one of a kind" - thus FINAL.

I attempt to describe all items for sale as accurately as possible in each of my listings. Hand stamped pieces are all different because they are personally stamped one letter or shape at a time on very small surfaces. As a result, you can expect light patina, charming imperfections such as letters of varying depth or slight misalignment. It is normal to find hammer marks on the back of pieces & sometimes a tiny mark or two on the front. The silverware used is vintage (NOT NEW) & will show signs of age & patina. NO TWO CREATIONS ARE EVER EXACTLY ALIKE. With pins it is normal to sometimes see faint glue outlines around rhinestones. The utmost care is taken to assure you have a delightful product to use & have for many years to come.

My general processing time in the US is 3-5 business days, plus 2-3 days shipping. Custom orders take additional time to process & ship. A time frame will be determined by the seller & worked out with the buyer. All orders of 3 or more pieces, except international, are shipped via Priority Mail in a small box to prevent damage. Orders over $100 ship with insurance & signature confirmation of delivery. I do ship to FPO & AP addresses. I definitely will ship items to Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand. Please just email me BEFORE PURCHASING so I can give you a quote on shipping costs. It is easier for me to determine that on an individual basis, rather than for every item in my shop. Thank you!

Lost packages are a rare but unfortunate result of the busy world of online shopping & delivery. Extreme weather, holidays & the ongoing pandemic can also delay delivery of your package. Please let me know if your package has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the USPS and/or other mail carriers & becomes their responsibility to deliver it safely to you. It is important to immediately alert & work with your local carriers to locate & retrieve your order if it has not been delivered in a timely fashion.
