Processing and Shipping Information
• Please review processing times listed on each item before ordering.
• You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
• Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Need rush shipping?
Message me before placing your order. Please don’t place order and demand a “need by” date before checking with me. Otherwise, your order will process as is.
• I’m not responsible for USPS delays, tracking errors, or delivery issues once a package has been accepted by USPS.
While I ship on time, delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed, sometimes deliveries arrive late pending USPS shipping, this is not fault of seller.
Shop Replacement Policy
Replacements are available within 30 days of the buyer receiving the reel (time of delivery). If the reel is damaged due to a manufacturer defect (retraction cord malfunction), the seller will provide a replacement with an interchangeable reel.
Please note:
• Permanent reels will not be replaced.
• This policy applies only to manufacturer-related issues, not damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
• Reels are not covered under a lifetime warranty. Normal wear and tear may occur over time, especially with frequent use, repeated retraction of the cord, or when the reel is weighed down with heavy items like keys, multiple badges, etc.
• Photo required: Please send clear photo of the issue before a return label is issued.
Defective Item Return Policy
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a mistake on our end:
• Photo required: Please send clear photos of the issue before a return label is issued.
• Return label: If approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
• 14-day window: The item must be returned within 14 days of the label being issued (date label emailed to buyer). I will not issue a return label if no communication has been made with seller. Therefore, please ensure you have email address on file that is actively monitored. If I am unable to reach seller, the seller the forfeits their refund (if approved by seller). Communication is key!
• Refunds are not automatic: Refunds or replacements are determined case by case. You will be notified.
Shop Policy for Non-Defective - Normal Wear & Tear
Please note that badge reels are subject to natural wear and tear over time, especially with daily use and when carrying heavier items on the cord. Because of this, replacements or discounts cannot be offered for reels that break due to regular use.
If your reel breaks and you’d like to continue using your topper, we offer a “topper only or topper + Velcro” option. This allows you to attach the topper to your own replacement reel using the provided Velcro piece. This is a great cost-effective solution and helps extend the life of your custom design.
Shop Policy for Lost/Undelivered Mail
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or if it’s been stuck in transit, please file a Missing Mail Claim directly with USPS here:

• Once your package is with USPS, I have access to the same tracking information you see. I do not have additional details beyond what is shown on the USPS website.
• Please remember that once your order is handed over to USPS, I am no longer in control of how it is handled. Lost or damaged packages are unfortunate—but out of the seller’s control.
• I kindly ask that you do not leave a negative review for issues caused by USPS. Instead, please reach out and I’ll do my best to assist you.
Shop Policy for Beaded Pens, Keychains & Lanyards
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of each item, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so I can help make it right.
Safety Warning:
These items are not toys. Beaded accessories may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard. They are not intended for children under 3 years of age and should never be placed in the mouth — by children or adults.

📦 Shop Policy for Returned Mail & Reshipping Fee
If a package is returned to Pretty Customs by Tee due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if USPS marks it as “Addressee Unknown,” the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Please note:
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or does not match USPS records, the package may be returned.
In these cases, I am not responsible for reshipping fees as the original order was fulfilled and shipped correctly.
Once the returned item is received, I’m happy to reship it to the correct address with a new shipping fee or issue a refund for the item (minus original shipping), depending on your preference.
Shop Policy Wireless Mouse & Stapler Warranty
All items are carefully inspected before shipment. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Limited Warranty Covers:
Items arriving physically broken or non-functional
Errors in customization made by the seller
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
Damage due to misuse, drops, water exposure, or rough handling
Battery issues or malfunctions due to incorrect battery placement or dead batteries
Cosmetic wear and tear over time
Spelling, grammar, or personalization errors entered incorrectly by the buyer.
Personalization Disclaimer Shop Policy
All personalized orders are non-refundable and non-replaceable due to grammatical or spelling errors submitted by the buyer.
Please double-check all names, words, and custom text at checkout before finalizing your purchase. What is submitted is what will be printed.
The seller is not responsible for any grammatical issues, typos, or misspellings provided in the personalization form.
If a personalized item is printed exactly as submitted but includes a buyer error (e.g. misspelling), the buyer is responsible for placing a new order with the correct spelling. No refunds or replacements will be issued for these errors.
Handmade Disclaimer
All items in my shop are custom and handmade. As a result, there may be minor imperfections, slight design variations, or traces of glitter, resin, or adhesive. These unique details are part of the handmade charm and do not qualify as defects.
No two items will be exactly the same — and that’s what makes your order truly one-of-a-kind.
