Custom and personalized orders
If you were looking for something special and haven`t found it in my shop, please feel free to message me with the details of a jewel of your dreams. I would be more than happy to find a best matching option for you. My commission is 10% of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling. No doubt, that original receipts and invoices will be provided.
Sizing details
I`m happy to size your ring with a trusted jeweller skilled in old jewelry alterations. Our goldsmith charges 80 EUR and his service can be purchased via "Sizing your ring"product checkout.
Please note that the sized rings considered to be customized products, and hence cant be returned or exchanged.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Happy to partner with you on a journey of surprising your loved ones! Let me know the details of the Lucky One and your preferences towards the gift wrapping (color, box material, lace etc). Don`t forget a personalized message - we provide a selection of beautiful handmade greeting cards as well.
Your gift will be nicely wrapped, carefully packed and shipped to the address of your choice!
Layaway
You are welcome to make use of our layaway service for all items over 1000 EUR. The full amount should be payed in three to six equal installments during a maximum of six months time frame (shorter or longer pay back periods are available upon our mutual consideration).
A down payment of 25% of the item price and a minimum of 250 EUR is charged once the layaway plan is confirmed.
If an item is not paid off fully within these three to six months (or other mutually agreed periods), the layaway is considered failed.
All layaways, including failed ones, are not refundable. All jewelry bought using layaway plans can not be returned, swapped or exchanged for another item.
Once the purchase price is if fully paid, we will ship your order.
Returns
Please note that all items we sell are vintage or antiques pieces, hence they were owned and loved for quite some years before. We strive to describe every item as precise as possible, so you can be fully aware of your purchase.
According to the European laws and reglaions, our no-questions-asked return policy lasts 14 days. If you wish to return your jewelry, please reach out via email: pretty@prettydifferentshop.com within your return eligibility window of 14 calendar days since the receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
Customized jewelry (for example a ring which was sized for you or an altered chain) are exempt from
Refunds
In case you had a ring sized, the sizing fee is not refundable.
For the returned good, we will issue a refund within two business days after we received it back.

Can I schedule a video appointment to view my jewelry before making purchase?
For sure! Please send us a message and we can schedule a video appointment. We can use Facetime, Whatsapp Video or Zoom.
