How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Depending on where you live and if you have chosen a shipping upgrade at check-out it usually takes between 3-21 days until your order arrives.
Standard shipping to the US takes usually 21 days, with the priority upgrade it should take about 10 days after I dropped it off at my local post office.
Do I get a tracking number for my order?
If you have ordered with tracking, you will receive a tracking number from me. Please note that with this a signature is required at delivery.
What should I do if my package has not arrived 21 days after receiving the shipping info?
PLEASE double check your address before placing your order!
Do you have ordered tracked shipment? Good! In this case please let me know and I can open an investigation with my postal services to find out where your package has gone. Please keep in mind that this can take some time.
Have you ordered without tracked shipment? In this case, I have no possibility to find out where your order went. If an order is marked undeliverable as address or returned to sender, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Please also contact me in this case.

How do you calculate the shipping costs?
As the shipping costs are based on weight and size of the parcel, there is a small fee for each listing. The amount varies by each destination country.
