Handcrafted Farmhouse Wreaths & Decor
In 2011, shortly after my first daughter was born, I began a small shop of felt bow headbands for baby girls. The shop was named Pretty Little Elm after my daughter's initials. I loved having a creative outlet and meeting so many wonderful mamas that were in the same parenting season of life. It was such a special part of my life alongside teaching first grade and raising our baby girl.
Around 2013 my husband and I were expecting our second daughter and made a big move back to our home state. I accepted a position as a kindergarten teacher and with everything so new in our lives, I decided to close up shop.
Fast forward to 2018, and Pretty Little Elm came back with a new direction. Instead of baby bows, I'm working alongside my mother who has owned her own floral business for over 25 years. Some of my best memories are traveling with her to craft shows when I was my daughter's age, and making my own hideaways underneath the tables in her booth.
My hope is that you'll love what I'm creating in the shop. It's been so rewarding to see pieces that I've created hanging in your homes. High quality, whimsical, realistic, and a bit wild are some words that describe the decor I hope to make for you. Thank you for supporting my tiny shop then as a bow maker, and now as a wreath maker. It means the world!
