    Returns and exchanges
    Immediate refunds are ONLY available if you HAVE NOT received a shipment notification email. Once your item has shipped, a refund will NOT be issued unless there is a defect or buyer and seller agree otherwise. However, I will do everything I can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
