Hi! I'm Gina, Founder of Gina Marie Calligraphy! I would love to live in a world coffee grows on tree, days are 37 hours and kitty cuddle time was implemented in your full job work schedule... but who doesn't!?
As a 30 something - Buffalonian - left handed - visionary, I have taken on the creative world in many ways! Graphic/ web designer by day, and hand-letterer by night, I am always trying new things to bring you the best hand-lettered goodies! I started practicing modern calligraphy in 2015 as a hobby and soon realized this was something I enjoyed so much I figured, hey why not take a leap of faith I started finding myself creating wedding signs, invites and mugs for friends and family and decided to take a leap of faith and open my own etsy shop! Lots of blood, sweat, tears, faith, determination and coffee (lots and lots of coffee) have gone into creating Pretty Sugar. Each and every item is created with my whole heart and nothing less.
I absolutely Love hand-lettering and creating personalized wedding décor, invites, mugs and is now dabbling into tumblers, totes and Tees! But most of all, I love to inspire and make all things pretty!
When I am not working on my next hand-lettered creation or designing stationery, I can be found in the gym training for competitions, soaking up the sun, dragging my boyfriend around Target and getting lots and lots of kitty snuggles!
