Where to start.... This item did not ship when it was supposed to. and I would have received it after the birthday I ordered it for. When I realized I live in the same city as the shop owner, I asked if I could pick it up instead. She offered to meet me in a central location but I couldn’t, and Hanh offered to bring it to my office!! I was amazed when she showed up! The unicorn mug looked exactly as pictured. I could not believe the customer service!! She even refunded me the shipping - even after I made it clear that she should keep it for her troubles. Found out about this shop from a coworker who has mugs from her as well and loves them. Hanh remembered my coworker’s husband who’d just ordered a replacement mug. Kindness, professionalism, and quality of product! Will definitely be recommending to people!
