I don't know where to start. I was quite nervous to order a unit from Etsy. I've been having hair loss due to hormonal changes, and I wanted it to look as close to my hair texture (wind blow dried). She was absolutely incredible with communicating every step of the way. When the unit arrived it was beautifully packaged, and I couldn't wait to try it on. I did a clarifying wash, hydrating shampoo, and deep condition ( 30 minutes) as I do with all of my units. That gives me a barometer for what the Hair really looks like in normal condition conditions. This is the unit air dried with only a leave in conditioner. I'm obsessed and I've already planned to buy another unit from her. I haven't styled her and did all of the flattening of the closure area yet. This is simply air dried. I can't wait to curl this unit!

The wig is beautiful and made of high quality material.

this wig looks exactly like the pictures I received it in less than a week. the only thing I would suggest is that more braids be added to the back of the wig so it can be worn in a high ponytail other than that it is a beautiful wig.

Wig wasn’t for me but customer service, shipping, and packaging, top tier. Had to return but looking forward to ordering again in the near future.

Beautiful unit, very good undetectable lace, one of the best I've seen on a braided wig. I'm giving 4 stars because the hair sheds a little and needed deep conditioning for the curls to be defined. (curly hair is high maintenance) Very full wig but light weight. Fantastic job, will be buying again from Pretty Thrill. Thank you for the excellent customer service too.

Love ❤️ this wig worth every penny! Smelled Amazing. The quality is exceptional, people are complimenting on how beautiful it is but also they ask how many hours did I sit to get it done. The hair arrived on time. At first, I was a little disappointed because I thought it was a 13x4, but it wasn’t. However, once I installed it, my mood completely changed. The seller explained everything politely and was not rude. I’ve received so many compliments, and most people couldn’t even tell it was a wig. I absolutely love it!
