My order was processed quickly and shipping was fast. I’ve been using this for 2 weeks, so far it’s been chill. I can’t say that I have seen any growth BUT my scalp has been thanking me for using this lol. For me (I got biracial/mixed hair) a little goes a bit further so sometimes I get it right and I can style and go while other times I get too much oil and I’ll just wear a headscarf or rinse/quick wash my hair lol. I am looking forward to seeing how this goes! Thank you

My order was processed quickly and shipping was fast. I enjoy both of the smells of the shampoo and conditioner, they smell earthy and like fruits and vegetables. The shampoo has a “sweeter” smell compared to the conditioner. I have biracial hair so it does what it does, (the bottom underside of my hair straightens out while the rest curls). Anyway, my curls are becoming more defined and my hair is actually becoming shiny/healthy looking (I’ve been using this for maybe 2 weeks now). When I blow dry my hair its so soft and when I straighten my hair it stays soft and doesn’t look as damaged or dry. I look forward to seeing how this goes. Thank you!

As people, we take pride in our hair and skin, the outer layer of our body is a reflection of what is going on with us internally. Shipment and package arrival?

My package says delivered but I haven’t received?
For any missing package, please contact USPS to open a ticket for item. Once ticket have been open, please contact shop owner with ticket information in order to start resolution.

USPS and shipment/missing package

Once USPS confirm package have been delivered, we are unable to do any refunds or package replacement. If you believe you reside in a location where your package maybe at risked for theft, request that shop owner upgrade your shipment to include signature request.

I opened a case with USPS about my missing package, what next?

Once you provide us with USPS reference number, allow 15-20 business days for Usps to investigate. Once Investigation is completed, we will work out favorable resolution.
