Custom Orders & Suggestions
As much as we love hearing your ideas, we're not currently accepting custom orders. Each design requires a substantial amount of time behind the scenes. As a result, custom pieces would be significantly more than your average mansion.
If you're thinking, "Bring it on," then we admire your optimism =)
Do we take design suggestions? Of course! We can’t promise every idea will become a product, but we're always happy to hear them. Agnes reviews all submissions and occasionally approves things with no explanation.
Returns, Cancellations, & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, undesirable fit, color, or design preference.
Before checking out, please give the size chart and product details one last look—future you will appreciate it! And if you're currently in a post-holiday food coma, it's okay to wait until you've had a moment to confirm your “real” shirt size. We're personally waiting until the new year. Every year.
If your order arrives with a defect or quality issue, please contact us. We want you to love your purchase, and we are happy to help.
Production & Ship Times
Every design is sketched and finalized in our studio. Due to space and equipment limitations, we enlist help from our wonderful local production partner.
Because each order is produced especially for you, processing times may vary slightly. An order may take up to 14 business days to prepare before shipping.
A friendly heads-up: holidays and busy shopping seasons can sometimes slow things down a bit.
If you're shopping for a special occasion, I recommend ordering early. I say this with love as someone who has absolutely procrastinated before.

Comfort Colors tends to have a more relaxed, lived-in fit.
