How to Place a Fully Custom Order?
Select the total number of pets/humans you want by choosing the "number of pets/humans" option. Choose your desired product, and read below for details on the personalization section.
For portraits with 5 or more pets or humans, please reach out to us directly.
If you wish to order for a single pet:
Simply provide the design number (e.g., R1), and we will apply the crown and background included in the R1 template.
If you prefer to personalize the crown or background, specify your selection as R1+C2+B4. In this case, we will use the R1 costume, the C2 crown, and the B4 background.
Once your photos are approved by our team, you can expect to receive your preview within 6 to 24 hours.
Can I include more than one pet?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of designs that are perfect for showcasing multiple pets together.
For example, if you are ordering a portrait of a cat and a dog, and you select R1 + C2 for the cat, F6 + C3 for the dog, and B7 as the background, we will place the cat in the R1 costume with the C2 crown, the dog in the F6 costume with the C3 crown, and arrange them side by side with the B7 background.
Please note:
• Specify a costume for each pet. If no costume is provided, you may indicate the gender, and we will use one of our best-seller costumes.
• If no crown is specified, we will use the default crown. If you prefer no crown, please indicate “no crown,” and none will be added.
Can I upload any animal?
We love all animals and believe every creature deserves a special portrait! Whether it's a dog, cat, rabbit, bird, or something more unique, we can create a custom portrait for just about any species. Let us bring your furry (or feathered) friend to life in a beautiful design!
Do you do custom designs?
If you can't find the costume option you’re looking for in our store, we’d love to bring your ideas to life!
How do I upload a photo?
Please send photos via Etsy or to support@primedesignarts.com with your order ID.
Can I make changes to my preview?
Absolutely! We’re proud to offer unlimited revisions, and our team will work closely with you to ensure your portrait is exactly as you envision it.
When requesting changes, please provide as much detail as possible. The more specific you are, the quicker and more accurately we can make the adjustments, helping to avoid any delays.
Can you check if my photo is suitable before I place my order?
If you’re unsure whether your photo will work for one of our designs, feel free to send it to via Etsy. We’ll review it and let you know if it’s a good fit for your chosen design. We're here to help make sure your portrait turns out perfect!
Can I return my item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or is not in the condition you expected, please reach out to us immediately. We'll gladly arrange a replacement for you.
In the rare event that your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us right away, and we'll ensure a replacement is sent to you as quickly as possible.
We take great care in packaging each item securely, but sometimes accidents happen during transit.
Do you create portraits with humans as well?
Yes, we do! We can create portraits featuring only humans or combined portraits of pet owners with their pets. You can mix and match from the costumes available in our store to create your unique portrait, or you can use one of our ready-made designs.
