Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we will custom and personalize any one of your orders. Most of our orders are customized. Please put the details in the notes to seller section. If requested, you will receive a proof before making. We will only proof an order for a custom item that is not currently a listing.

Care instructions for tees

Please wash inside out on delicate, hang dry and do not iron directly on design. Each shirt comes with a care tag as well.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped to the address listed here on Etsy.Prince1designs has tracking information available for each and every package that is shipped. In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit, wait 7mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation with the mailing authority. If the package is deemed lost by the postal service itself, replacement items will be issued (please allow 7 business days for the research to take place).If the order is returned to Prince1designs marked as "incorrect address" by the shipping authority, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to have the items reshipped out. You must provide an updated (correct) mailing addres

Returns and Exchanges

At this time all sales are final and we can not take returns or exchanges. If there is a defect in the product please send us a message and we can address it for you.

Can I get a custom cup ?

You can choose any cup listing on our page and simply message us with the details of the cup you have in mind.

Wrong Address

If you provide a wrong address, unless it returns to me, I do not refund. If it comes back to me I refund minus shipping. Please check your address at checkout. I have no way of knowing what your address is and can only ship to what you provide.

Do you offer Overnight Shipping?

No I do not because the USPS does not guarantee it to get there overnight and in some cases, their "overnight" is 2-3 days.

care instructions for cups

We do not recommend dishwashing our items. Please do not soak, they are not microwave safe ,do not use abrasive cleaners or sponges. Hand-wash only., please handle all cups with extreme care. The vinyl decals we use is rated for 5+ years indoor/outdoor use. Please be mindful the vinyl decals can be sensitive in heat, when repetitively rubbed on or cup getting scratched.

We do sell certain items at wholesale prices. You have to possess a resale certificate. Message us for further information
