Hi! I'm Jenny, and Princess & The Pilot is my creative outlet. When I was pregnant with my daughter I grew bored of shopping in the retail stores and wanted to find more unique, custom items. I knew if I wanted something that fit my vision I had to make it myself! I became slightly obsessed with it and would stay up till 2am working on little hats or dresses and find myself awake again bright and early to finish. I loved the "hand-crafted with love" feeling in each item I made for her and began making for friends, and myself. Soon I had more ideas than homes for my creations! "What to do, what to do?" I thought... And Princess & The Pilot was born!
Every item in my shop is handcrafted by me. Every package is wrapped and shipped by me too. I see your purchase through from the very beginning to the very end! I put the same amount of attention to detail, care, and most importantly - love into each item someone orders that I do for my own daughter!
And every once in a while I find enough time to create something for myself or my home. When it turns out beautifully I add it to my shop too, because don't we all need something for ourselves sometimes?

How can I return or exchange something?
I'll gladly exchange or accept a return on any item that is not a custom order. Please contact me before returning the item. Returns must be shipped at buyer's expense, per Etsy policy. Please also note that items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange or return, also per Etsy's policy.
Also shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to the sellers mistake.
