How can I send you the photos?
You can send them on the Etsy Messaging or send the photos through my email. Please send a couple of photos so I can choose the best one. High resolution photos can be taken by any smartphone these days, but light also important factor.
How long does the process take?
Processing time is 12-24 hours. The processing time starts as soon as I receive a usable photo of your pet or your family member. I will do the portrait and send you a preview. Once you confirm it, the portrait will get printed (or sent you by email if you purchased the digital version)
Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
No.
Your portrait will be shipped to the exact address you provided on your Etsy account.
Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address when placing your order.
What will I receive if I order a Digital File?
You will receive a high resolution portrait PNG file.
What about damaged products?
Please reach out to me within 48 hours upon delivery. Add photos of the damage on the product
Can I view my artwork before receiving actual order?
Yes absolutely. I'll not finish order process until you are 100% happy with it.
Can you combine more than one photo on my portrait?
Yes absolutely. I can combine more than one photo if you want. Don't forget to add quantity before ordering.
What is the size options and how big can I print them?
I can do any size you want. My digital portraits are high resolution and you can print it them on anywhere you like.
