Item is great. Took almost a month to get which is my only complaint.

Let me start by saying this customized hat design turned-out AMAZING (even better than we thought it would); however, it took much longer than expected to receive. The hat arrived almost a month later than expected; and I was the one who had to initiate a conversation with the seller regarding the delay. To their credit, they did always respond to my inquiries of an ETA but (again) I had to do all the follow through. I feel it's their responsibility as the seller to keep the customer abreast of any issues and/or delays. Nonetheless, I have to say, even though it barely arrived in time for my deadline, it was worth the wait! This design is extremely intricate and detailed, and the quality is impressive. Thanks so creating such a unique item! Less the delay issues, I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Thanks much!
