Frequently asked questions
How do I download my files?
After payment, Etsy emails you a download link. You can also find your files at any time in Etsy under You > Purchases and reviews. Downloading is easiest on a computer or tablet. Nothing is posted to you - this is a digital item.
What sizes are included?
Most calendars come as A4 and US Letter PDFs, and some planners also include A5 or A6. The exact sizes for each item are listed in its title and description. You can print at home, at a local print shop, or with an online printing service.
Can I get a Sunday start or a different size?
Please send me a message through Etsy before you buy and tell me what you need. I will check if I can make it for you and reply as quickly as I can.
What if my file will not open?
First download the file to a computer or tablet. PDF files open in free programs such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you received a ZIP file, unzip it first. If it still does not work, message me and I will help you straight away.
