Digital files are available once your payment is confirmed, and might take a few minutes before they're available for download. Etsy will also send you a download notification email.

On the Etsy website, you can click on your profile button (top of the Etsy page, next to the cart icon) and choose “Orders”.

Here you’ll see all of your Etsy purchases, with an option to download any digital files.

Just a heads up - you can’t download a digital file through the Etsy mobile app. You must be logged into your Etsy account either on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or even through a mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.).

You have several options for printing your purchased digital prints.

If you have a personal color printer, you can print up to the printer's size capacity.

For something larger than your printer can handle, you can take your digital file to a local print shop. Your options will vary based on your location, but could include Office Max, Walmart, Kinko's, etc.

You also have online options, where you can upload your digital file and get the print shipped to you. Check out Shutterfly, Staples, VistaPrint, Snapfish.

When you purchase a digital print from PrintDesigns4Life, you will receive several JPG files, PDF files, or both.

With each format, you will also receive several size options. Each of these options is the largest size you can print before image quality is compromised. This means that if you choose to print a specific ratio in a smaller size, you will not lose any quality in the print.

So, for example, the largest size we offer for a 4:5 ratio is 16x20. Because 8x10 is smaller and also has a 4:5 ratio, you would choose this file and just reduce the size to 8x10 before printing.

For a 5x7 print, choose the A0 ratio option, and reduce the size to 5x7 before printing.

All digital prints from PrintDesigns4Life can be printed in many different sizes, without loss of image quality.

The digital files you will receive are labeled by ratio and format, and represent the largest size in a specific ratio that you can print for optimum quality. Each ratio can be printed at multiple smaller sizes - as small as 4x5" and as large as 84.1 x 118.9 cm file (A0).
