By purchasing one of the designs of Print Fun Factory you agree that you have read and fully understand the following terms and conditions.
The digital papers in my shop are not seamless, unless stated otherwise.
Printing
Since a lot of computer monitors and printers use different color settings, the colors on your screen may vary from the print. Please make sure you check your printer settings (colors, bleed, paper size, printing quality) before printing. If you want to print the files at a printing service, make sure that their print settings are set to RGB and not CMYK, as that will surely changes the colors. All of the designs are saved as RGB. Print Fun Factory can not be held responsible for printing errors.
Refunds
Because of the digital nature of the items, all sales are final. No returns are possible and there are no refunds offered.

STANDARD LICENSE
The designs come with a single person standard license and are for personal, non-profit and small home based business use only.
Please use them for:
♥ Your own crafting at home, such as making presents, personal invitations, scrapbooking, greeting cards
♥ Work you do on a non-profit base, for a non-profit organization, such as your church or a charity event
♥ Your own personal business cards or personal branding
♥ Physical items you make yourself. For example you may use my designs for making decoupage signs, or engraved into glass work you sell in your shop on Etsy. As long as you are the one who personally makes and sells the physical item and it does not exceed the limit of 250 copies
Please do not use them for:
• More than 250 copies of an item
• Commercial work you do for profit. This includes things such as advertising, banners, websites, illustrations etc. you sell to your customers. If you wish to use them at this commercial scale or exceed the limit of 250 copies, please purchase the extended license for each design set you want to use.
EXTENDED LICENSE
If you wish to use my designs on larger scale or commercially, you can purchase an extended license for each purchased design set. It can be found here:

With this extended license you may:
♥ Use the designs for all your personal, non-profit and small home based business, without the 250 copies limit

• Use my designs for logo design
• Make devices with the designs which can reproduce the image, such as stamps
• Sell my graphics as template printable blanks for others to personalize or customize.
Please note that these conditions always apply:
If you use my designs for commercial work, the files you deliver to your customer must be flattened and at least 2/3 of your own design must be added to make it a new design.
Files must be personalized for your customer and sold as flattened JPEG or PDF files.
Please do not provide layered files where my designs can be extracted from.
GENERAL TERMS FOR EVERY LICENSE
You may not claim the designs of Print Fun Factory as your own.
Nor is this allowed when you've altered them.
All of the designs are copyrighted. It is prohibited to share or resell the designs of Print Fun Factory (in part or in whole) separately or collectively in collage sheets, clip art collections or web art, digital or in print (on paper, fabric, etc.).
Please honor my copyright and refer anyone interested to my shop.
A license cannot be transferred to any other user or organization.
No credits are required when you use my designs (but appreciated of course :) )
