3 out of 5 starsInappropriately delivered. Delivery person threw it in the yard, with a Rottweiler and Caucasian Ovcharka, when there is a perfectly good package bin. The rug is damaged. It doesn’t appear ruined, but it is damaged. I am dissatisfied mainly with the delivery process Customer service, is request requested

3 out of 5 starsIt looked smaller, so I measured it. Ordered 31x59 inches, it measured 31x58; not a big deal. The image is very disappointing. It looks like the image was stretched out on 1 side only so the canyon hole is to one side; not centered, not at all like the picture shown. I paid extra for the rubber back which seems okay. There is a strong smell; reminds me of gaming, but I'm sure it'll air out. Image quality seems okay. Due to the photo distortion I would not buy again.

Hello. When your order arrives and you first open it, there may be a slight shortening when you measure the rug due to the folding. This is normal. Your rug will straighten out on its own after some time, or if you prefer, you can lightly iron it on low heat. Once it is flat, you will see that the size is correct when you measure it again.The rug you ordered is a model with a 3D design. As you can see in the product images, the canyon hole appears closer to one side, meaning it is not exactly in the center. It is designed this way to give your rug a 3D appearance. If the hole were placed exactly in the middle, the rug would not have a 3D effect. Therefore, I want you to know that there is no distortion in the visual.Thank you for your understanding and your review.

4 out of 5 starsThis is a beautiful rug, but the shipping of it kind of damaged it. It was rolled up in a very tight bundle and taped really tight. I can probably iron it out flat to get rid of the wrinkles but one section of the rug had tape directly on it. Getting it off wasn’t easy and left some pulled threads out in one spot. Small damage on one side, might have been from shipping too. Very small. I would recommend to maybe put these in a plastic envelope to protect from the tape. Got here pretty quick. Just mostly the packaging was not that great. Very pretty rug! Love the colors and it’s soft but not too soft.

5 out of 5 starsThe rug is very well made. The wolves and her cubs are true to life. The artistic quality is absolutely fantastic. I love the rug and sometime in the future, I may order a larger rug to complement another area of my home.

2 out of 5 starsItem is not worth what the seller is selling it for. It’s pretty, but I thought for $60 plus I was getting a 4x6 rug…. I obviously did not read the dimensions correctly. What I received was in cm so it was literally the size of a dinner place mat. Also had an issue with shipping. The seller does respond in a timely fashion, but he did get a little irritating to me. Etsy ended up refunding me thankfully and I had already told the seller I would send him back this “place mat” at my own expense. When I went back on our Etsy message to tell him I would hold true to my word on returning the product and ask for the return address he still was asking me “are you paying the return shipping?” It annoyed me so much that I just left him on read and was done with it.
