3 out of 5 starsThe STL is much less detailed than the visual shown on the site. Even with a lot of painting work, the result will not be the same because the shape is different. The helmet is also in 1 piece. You must therefore cut it yourself, even for a K1 max which prints in 30x30x30. We'll see once it's finished, but I've seen better-designed models...

1 out of 5 starsAbsolute terrible experience. Who has to wait 1 week + for a PRE MADE 3d file. SAVE YOUR TIME PLEASE. Doesnt deliver the files upon purchase just txt file that says ill get to you in 24-48 hrs.

5 out of 5 starsthe suit is made for someone roughly 5ft9 and i am 5ft 1 so i have decreased the print to 90% scale. i am yet to see if this is the right scale but its really easy to just put in slicer and print

2 out of 5 starsThe item is the armor, it is a good replica file. However, you have to do a lot of work to clean it up preprint. The items have to be broken down into components. It only includes the left side so you have to make copies and mirror. For the price, this should be done already. I messaged the creator about some issues and never got a response, so that furthers my rating.

1 out of 5 starsDo not use the seller! This is a digital file. This is a deceptive trade practice! I was able to get a refund but only after I involved Etsy customer service. In addition, I was locked out of being able to leave a review for a year! Again, Etsy customer service allowed me to get access to the review page. Buy from someone else!

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange my T-shirt/Hoodie/Tank Top?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your order as our production partner doesn't accept returns/exchanges. Instead, we can offer you a coupon code so you can buy the right size at a discounted price.
Wrong address, can you please change it?
Sure, just send me Your new address and I'll change it for you ( if the order is not shipped yet / if the order gets shipped you will have to wait for it to return back to our production partner, and then we will update the address and send it back to you but you will have to pay the shipping fee again).
When will I receive my order?
Our orders are processed in 3-5 business days and are shipped in 3-5 business days as well. On average our orders are fulfilled and delivered in 7 days or less.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order within 1h of purchase.
The tracking information says that my order was delivered, but it's not here.
Please consider contacting your neighbors; sometimes USPS delivers the package to the wrong address and there is nothing we can do in this regard, but the order is 90% of the time at one of your neighbors.
It's been a long time and I didn't receive my order, I want a refund.
