Can you purchase models for me?
Absolutely — we can buy models for you, but you’re also welcome to send your own models to us.
We can also 3D print models for you using our printers.
Can I sent you minis to be painted?
Yes.
How will I be updated about the progress of my commission?
We send regular updates every few days.
You’ll receive photos or short videos showing your mini from different angles and lighting, so you can easily track the progress and share your feedback.
Can I order a custom color scheme for my army?
Absolutely! We’re always excited to help design a unique color scheme that fits your vision.
Send us some reference photos or describe your idea as best you can — we’ll take it from there!
