The item is not perfect, the base doesn't lock in, nor on the track connection part HOWEVER, it still very much gets the job done for a fair price. I'd still recommend buying this if it's what you need. The customer service is always simply AMAZING. The shipping? Fast! got mine early & was packaged well. Overall. Exactly as described! Great customer service. One recommendation for a future version would be to have it lock into the tracks. We ended up using some tape to keep them from sliding out.
