A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING

As with any business across the world, we have experienced an increase in shipping costs. Up until now, we have absorbed these costs. We can no longer
stay in business if continue to offer free shipping.

As a small business owner this sits heavy on my heart as we always strive to offer the best, most competitive prices, however we simply cannot ignore these rising costs any longer. Some items will still remain free shipping as long as we can.

We want to be transparent about where you are spending your money. Instead of increasing the price of our products and "hiding" the shipping costs in the price, we made the decision to start charging for shipping again. Transparency is very important to us and we want you, our great customers to know where your money is going. We also feel that it's our responsibility in the small business world to bring awareness to the actual costs of doing business.

We are not in the studio on the weekends as we value our family and rest time. All messages will be responded to promptly on the next business day.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. We are unable to accomodate rush orders at this time. Ordering for a special occasion? Please order as soon as you can and allow ample time for your proof to be made and approved before your order is made and shipped.

COVID INFO ABOUT SHIPPING: FedEx and UPS have announced that they have suspended their money back guarantee if shipments are not delivered on time. None of USPS services are guaranteed. A surge in volume and COVID-19 related restrictions has caused delays. We will work like crazy to produce your orders quickly, but once your order leaves with a shipper it's literally out of our hands. We cannot provide refunds for orders that are late due to shipping delays.

REFUNDS

- Refunds in general are given on a case by case basis.
- All customized items are not refundable unless there is an error with the order on our part in which case we will work with you to correct the mistake and get a new item to you as soon as possible.
- Buyer pays shipping for any returned packaged for redelivery due to incorrect address or other reasons USPS may return a package.
- Your satisfaction is most important to us. Please contact us any time for any reason about your order. We will always communicate well to help with any concerns you may have.
