How do you calculate your prices?
All the prices for 3D printed items are calculated using a formula which considers cost of filament and the time it takes to print, and each item is priced using the same formula. I also spend considerable time designing, printing, test-fitting, and re-printing to ensure all my designs work perfectly for their intended use.
What if my item arrives damaged, or I receive the wrong item?
As indicated by my shop policies, I do not accept returns/exchanges, however circumstances where your order arrives damaged or incorrect are the exception. If your order arrives and is damaged or you receive the wrong item(s), please send me a message and I will work with you to make things right!
My AirTag case arrived bent, warped, shrunk, or won't fit my AirTag!
No, your order wasn't shipped out like that! I test-fit each and every case I ship out to ensure it fits the AirTag and Apple TV Siri remote perfectly.
Unfortunately, some 3D-printed materials don't stand up to extreme heat, which can cause some problems during shipping. In order to offer the many color options I have for the AirTag case, my options for materials were limited. I have been experimenting with several different packaging materials and supplements to prevent any heat-related issues during shipping, but hey, things happen! Send me a message with a photo of your item and a description of the problem, and I will gladly work to resolve the issue, one way or another!
