1 out of 5 starsThe theme provided by the seller does not work on Shopify as claimed. It’s incompatible with Shopify’s standards, and the documentation lacked proper instructions. Customer support was slow and unhelpful, and my refund request was ignored. I wasted both time and money. Not recommended for Shopify users.

We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, although we strongly disagree with your claims. The Shopify theme you purchased is fully functional and has been successfully used by many other customers. Upon your initial contact, we responded promptly and sent the theme twice to ensure you received it. We also offered support, despite your use of inappropriate language, which is against Etsy's community standards.

1 out of 5 starsHad to be refunded because the template I received was not the advertised template. When I reached out about the mishap they were quick to refund me stating it was easier to refund me as it was out of their control but they were willing to give me 2 templates for one. I did not take them up on their offer.

We send you the right link to explain the text file etsy allow us to upload only 6Mo there is no wordpress theme with that size so we add the link on txt file
